The rooms were exceptionally nice and perfect, equipped with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel TV. the food was appetising, offering a wide variety of options. - the hotel had a central location close to tourist attractions.

The location is ok, right next to the highway and the shopping center. Room big, bathroom rather small.

Room to the highway extremely loud, the room was not cleaned on the first day, on request we got at least fresh towels

Had a great 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. the breakfast was great and provided with good coffee. 3. the hotel was stunningly beautiful. 4. In a central location close to a bus stop and right next to a mall with many restaurants.

It was fairly clean, the staff was courteous, plus the service was exceptional. The room was reasonably spacious and recently upgraded with a sofa in the bedroom, toiletries and a very comfortable bed, just what was needed. The hotel had a marvellous and easy location in a 3 minute walk to a large shopping centre.

Subsequent charges to credit card without justification.

The rooms were spacious, and the restaurant and room service staff were friendly and attentive.

affordable & decently clean room... but still felt $15 -$20 over priced because of the loud location (beside freeway) and out dated furniture.

The setting of hotel was particularly good, happy to answer everything. Our double room was decorated in the elegant design. The breakfast was great and had a wide range of food: )

I loved my room especially cleanliness and amenities. I liked the neighborhood(quiet and clean) and localization in reference to shopping and eating(Westfield mall and other). I have been to this hotel 3 times because the atmosphere there is very good and peaceful.

On the day of my check-in it turned out that there was no room for me despite my reservation 2 months before. The hotel told me that they have already arranged me a room for the same price in Courtyard Marriott. In Marriott it turned out that 4 Points only phoned them to check if they had a room for me(without asking about price). While in Marriott, the staff told me that the room will be more expensive than in 4 Points so I tried to call 4 Points but nobody answered. In a result I had to go(exhausted after 14 hours of travel and with heavy luggage) all the way back to 4 Points. Then it turned out that they were able to arrange a room for me in 4P. As a compensation I got free breakfasts for the whole stay and I appreciate that. However, I'd rather pass on free breakfasts and avoid the first situation.

The location was perfect for my trip, the price good, excellent hotel, very good service, the restaurant very good

The service here is exceptional, and they have on-site parking; the room is exceptionally nice, with a lovely bed and a choice of hypoallergenic or feather pillows.

I booked a double bed and they gave a king size bed. Had to sleep in a roll away because did not want to share bed

The hotel and the rooms was meticulously clean and well appointed.

There was some confusion with the length of stay for our reservation but the staff handled it.
